  For Audio and Video we recommend the minimum configuration: Pentium 4 2.6 MHz processor. Windows XP or Vista. 1 gig MB of RAM, 40 gig hard disk. Supported audio capture device. And a TV Video Capture Card PCI slot (Internal) or USB

• Example: Win TV GO, Pinnacle, ATI. estimated costs $50-100

• A battery backup unit is also recommended.

• Software
  You will need to use Windows Media Encoder to encode and broadcast your stream.

• If your internet connection is using a dynamic IP address, which means that your IP address can change, you will also need to sign up with and install a free client update utility. (Unored will give you support) We recommend: http://ww.no-ip.com or http://www.DynDNS.org

• Permanent Internet Connection: May include Cable, ADSL, ISDN, or T-1. A public (external) routable IP address. A static IP address is preferred but is not required.
  If your streaming computer is on an internal network with other computers you will need to assign an external IP address to point to the internal IP address of the streaming computer. This information would be configured through your router. (The username and password of the router needs to be available upon configuration)
